About the role As a Quality Engineer, you will support quality assurance activities across various development projects and system releases. Working closely with R&D teams, you will drive compliance, monitor quality performance, and foster a culture of continuous process improvement. Work tasks This role entails overseeing quality planning, conducting compliance assessments, analyzing quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve R&D processes. Facilitate quality planning activities to align with organizational quality strategies and release requirements Guide project teams on the application of the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality best practices Plan and perform quality reviews, compliance assessments, and independent quality gate assessments Define, collect, analyze, and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to monitor performance Document assessment findings, track corrective actions, and follow up to closure Prepare comprehensive quality reports, dashboards, and management summaries Support process owners in defining, maintaining, and communicating process updates and guidelines We are looking for Good knowledge of Quality Assurance principles within R&D, software, or product development environments Advanced knowledge of Compliance Assessments and Quality Metrics Basic knowledge of Software Engineering principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and coach teams It is meritorious if you have Experience in driving process improvements and change management in complex organizations To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: Supportive Goal oriented Orderly Intellectually curious Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
