Company description: Ericsson AB Job description: Join our Team   About this opportunityWe are strengthening the Global Services Strategy function with a Strategy Director who will shape the future of Global Services Delivery (GSD), combining clear strategic direction with hands-on transformation leadership.In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives across Network Deployment and Customer Support, translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable customer, operational, and business outcomes. You will evolve operating models, strengthen capabilities, and accelerate transformation through AI, automation, data, and digitalization.   As Strategy Director, you will ensure GSD remains competitive, scalable, and ready for future technologies, products, and customer expectations, converting strategic ambition into stronger capabilities, improved delivery performance, and lasting business impact. You will report to the Head of Global Services Strategy and work closely with Business Areas (BA), Market Areas (MA), R&D, SAN strategy, the TCDM, and delivery organizations in a highly visible global role.   What you will do•    Define, deploy, and follow up the GSD strategy, strategic priorities, and transformation roadmap for Network Deployment and Customer Support.•    Shape future service delivery models, operating models, site strategy, and organizational evolution.•    Monitor, evaluate, and forecast the GSD scope of work to support organization dimensioning, competence and capability planning, and efficiency optimization.•    Lead cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization, improving customer outcomes, operational performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.•    Identify and realize synergies across GSD functions, delivery units, and competence domains, including between Network Deployment and Customer Support.•    Accelerate AI, automation, analytics, and digital opportunities together with delivery, technology, and R&D teams and the TCDM.•    Support the governance of end-to-end delivery and competence domains (TCDs) to strengthen performance, accountability, inter-domain cooperation, and future readiness.•    Establish governance with the BNEW and BCSS R&D centers and Market Areas to support smooth introduction of new products and solutions, and drive closed-loop feedback into product functionality, deployability, observability, and serviceability.•    Align senior stakeholders, remove barriers to enterprise-wide execution, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
